Bill Murray waking on yet another Ground Hog Day.
New listings led Darien residential real estate results in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 22 new listings of property for sale;
-- Seven price changes;
-- Three accepted offers;
-- Two properties going under contract and,
-- Three closings.
