Darien Sees an Uptick in Real Estate Sales

Weekly update...

Darien saw an uptick in residential real estate sales in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Eight new listings of property for sale;

-- 12 price changes;

-- 11 accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Seven closings.
