Inventory adjustments led activity in Darien's residential real market in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 12 new listings of property for sale;

-- 16 price changes;

-- Four accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Eight closings.
