NASA Marks its 60th Anniversary

An incredible six decades...

NASA's Apollo 11 mission enabled Americans Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin
 to become the first men to land on the moon in 1969.

NASA is turning 60, Eric Mack reports on cnet.com.

Over six decades, it's had a remarkable run of rocketeering and exploratory achievements, from the moon landings to the space shuttles, from the surface of Mars to destinations far beyond our solar system, Mark wrote.
