Darien residential real estate primarily built inventory and adjusted prices in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 19 new listings of property for sale;

-- 11 price changes;

-- Five accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Two closings.
