Rowayton Home Market Slows in January
Rowayton's residential real estate market slowed in January, according to Darien MLS reports released today.
Compared with January 2013, results showed:
-- Average sale price off by 48.4 percent;
-- Sales volume down by 79.4 percent, and
-- Sales units fell 50 percent.
