Rowayton Sees Gains in Average Home Sale Prices
Rowayton's residential real estate market rose 19.3 percent in average home sale prices as of the end of February.
According to Darien MLS reports out this week, Rowayton also saw:
-- A 4.6 percent decline in sales volume, and
-- A 20 percent drop in sales.
These figures are on a year-to-date basis, comparing January 1 through February 28, 2014 with the same period in 2013.
Rowayton also saw a 31 percent increase in average sale price, comparing February 2014 with February 2013.
