Some Scottish accents may be difficult to follow, but yesterday's Scottish ballot was a masterpiece of simple, effective writing.
Whoever wrote it deserves an A + in Writing 101.
All in all, the result was "pure dead brilliant," as the Scots would say.
In other words, "exceptionally good."
