Ten price changes and a $6.7 million closing topped Darien residential real estate results for the week ending today.
Results in other categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Five new listings of property for sale;
-- Six accepted offers;
-- Two properties going under contract, and
-- Six closings.
