Home buyers made accepted offers the leading category in residential real estate results during Christmas week in Darien.

 

There were five accepted offers in the week ending today.

 

Other results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

 

-- Three new listings of property for sale;

-- One price change;

-- One property going under contract, and

-- Two closings.
