After the storm today.
Darien saw an uptick in residential real estate activity in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Fifteen new listings of property for sale;
-- One price change;
-- Eight accepted offers;
-- Three properties going under contract, and
-- Two closings.
