Second New Bald Eaglet Hatches in Washington

Spring chick...

New eaglet and parents after the chick's hatching this morning.

The second of a pair of new bald eaglets hatched this morning in a nest high above Washington's National Arboretum, according to nydailynews.com.

The tiny chick joined its parents, Mr. President and The First Lady, and its sibling -- which hatched on Thursday, St. Patrick's Day -- in the nest about an hour ago.
