The garden enjoys a summer shower.
Darien finished a busy summer residential real estate week today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Four new listings or property for sale;
-- Three price changes;
-- Three accepted offers;
-- Two properties going under contract, and
-- 13 closings.
