Darien Sees Real Estate Spurt

The first snow of the season is in the forecast.

Darien saw a spurt in residential real estate activity in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Four new listings of property for sale;

-- Three price changes;

-- Four accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Six closings.
