A touch of autumn gold.
Darien ended a busy fall residential real estate week on Friday.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Five new listings of property for sale;
-- 12 price changes;
-- Seven accepted offers;
-- Four properties going under contract, and
-- One closing.
