Darien's residential real estate market was active across the board in the week ending today.
Results in major real estate categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 15 New listings of property for sale;
-- 12 Price changes;
-- 12 Accepted offers;
-- 11 Properties going under contract, and
-- Seven closings.
