Closings, Deposits Top Latest Darien Real Estate Results
Eight closings and seven properties going under contract topped Darien residential real estate results for the week ending today.
Results in other categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- One new property for sale;
-- Five price changes, and
-- Three accepted offers.
The slower market activity was probably due to the usual mid-summer respite as many were on vacation before school begins shortly.
