Darien's residential real estate market took a breather over New Year's.
Slower housing market results were led by three closings in the week ending today.
Other results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- One new listings of property for sale;
-- No price changes;
-- One accepted offer, and
-- Two properties going under contract.
