Darien's residential real estate market surged this week as the kids went back to school and summer began winding down.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 10 new listings of property for sale;
-- Nine Price changes;
-- Four accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- 10 closings.
