Darien in autumn.
Darien closed its latest residential real estate week today with steady results across major categories.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Six new listings of property for sale;
-- Nine price changes;
-- Four accepted offers;
-- Two properties going under contract and,
-- Four closings.
