Forest falls in winter.
Darien's residential real estate market was active in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Seven new listings of property for sale;
-- Seven price changes;
-- Three accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Four closings.
