Bright winter morning.
Darien saw an uptick in residential real estate activity in the first full week of 2016, ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Nine new listings of property for sale;
-- Three price changes;
-- Two accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract and,
-- Seven closings.
