Weekly update...
Reminds me of rafting with the family on the Snake River near Jackson Hole many years ago.
Darien finished a slower residential real estate week today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- One new listing of property for sale;
-- Three price changes;
-- Two accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Two closings.
