Sales, Closings Lead Latest Darien Real Estate Results

Weekly update...

Late autumn.

Seven accepted offers and seven closings led Darien residential real estate results in the week ending today.

Other results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Five new listings of property for sale;
-- Three price changes, and
-- No properties going under contract.
