Darien adjusted housing inventory and saw modest residential real estate sales in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 16 new listings of property for sale;
-- Six price changes;
-- Four accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- One closing..
