Weekly update:
Darien saw an upturn in residential real estate activity in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 19 new listings of property for sale;
-- Ten price changes;
-- Seven accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Six closings.
