Graduation season...
Congratulations to all the new graduates this commencement season.
Darien's spring residential real estate market gathered momentum this week with increased activity across the board.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 14 new listings of property for sale;
-- 27 price changes;
-- 10 accepted offers;
-- Four properties going under contract, and
-- Five closings.
