McWay Falls along Big Sur.

New listings and price changes led Darien residential real estate results in the  week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 12 new listings of property for sale;

-- 27 price changes;

-- Three accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Four closings.
