Holiday fun.
Rowayton's residential real estate results were generally lower in 2018.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Total active listings were down 11 percent;
-- Number sold was off 42 percent, and
-- Sales volume fell 36 percent.
-- However, average sales price rose 9 percent.
