We had a tiny visitor like this to our fuchsia this week.
Darien's residential real estate market saw 15 price changes and 10 new listings in the week ending today as the local home market heads into fall.
Other results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- One accepted offer;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Six closings.
