Signs of autumn.
Darien's residential real estate market saw activity across the board with the onset of fall in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Nine new listings of property for sale;
-- 12 price changes;
-- Five accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Eight closings.
