Darien Adds, Adjusts Real Estate Inventory

Weekly update...

A mix of rain, snow showers and wind for our first signs of spring today.

Darien saw a jump in residential real estate new listings and price changes in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 22 new listings of properties for sale;

-- 20 price changes;

-- Six accepted offers;

-- One property going under contract, and

-- Four closings.
