Rowayton Posts Mixed Quarterly Real Estate Results

Rowayton posted mixed residential real estate results for the first quarter of 2018 compared with the same period a year ago.

Highlights of the year-to-date and year-over-year comparisons, according to the Darien MLS today, are:

-- Total active listings:  0 percent;

-- Number sold: -53 percent;

-- Sold volume: -41 percent, and

-- Average sale price: +26 percent.
