Reminder: Daylight Saving Time starts this weekend.

Darien saw residential real estate gains in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 19 new listings of properties for sale;

-- Eight price changes;

-- Nine accepted offers;

-- One property going under contract, and

-- One closing.
