Darien's residential real estate market was on the move in the week ending today despite the Siberian Express gripping the region.

Results, according the Darien MLS, were:

-- Seven new listings of property for sale;

-- Four price changes;

-- Four accepted offers;

-- Two properties going under contract and

-- One closing.
