Darien's residential real estate market showed mixed results at the end of the third quarter of 2016 compared with the same period a year ago.
Highlights of the year-to-date and year-over-year comparisons available today from the Darien MLS are:
-- Total active listings: +2 percent;
-- Number sold: -19 percent;
-- Sold volume: -20 percent, and
-- Average sale price: -0 percent.
