Happy St. Patrick's Day.
Darien ended an active residential real estate week today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 10 new listings of property for sale;
-- Five price changes;
-- Seven accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Eight closings.
