Late Winter at the Dam.
Darien residential real estate activity rose in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 16 new listings of property for sale;
-- 13 price changes;
-- 10 accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- One closing.
