Signs of spring.

Darien wrapped up an active residential real estate market in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 11 new listings of property for sale;

-- 12 price changes;

-- Seven accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Five closings.
