Spring splendor.
Darien's active spring residential real estate market continued in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 14 new listings of properties for sale;
-- 17 price changes;
-- Four accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Nine closings.
