This year also marks the 100th anniversary of the U.S.entry into WW I:

Darien finished a busy residential real estate week today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Five new listings of property for sale;
-- 10 price changes;
-- 10 accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- 14 closings.
