Falling beauty.
Darien kicked off its fall real estate season this week with an increase in activity.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- 17 new listings of property for sale;
-- 11 price changes;
-- Seven accepted offers;
-- One property going under contract, and
-- Seven closings.
