New Listings, Price Changes Top Darien Real Estate Results

Fall is on the way.

New listings and price adjustments topped Darien residential real estate results in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 15 new listings of property for sale;

-- 16 price changes;

-- Five accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Three closings.
