I got a trick: A rock.
Darien ended a slower residential real estate week today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Five new listings of property for sale;
-- 11 price changes;
-- Two accepted offers;
-- Two properties going under contract, and
-- Six closings.
