Harvest moon season.

Darien posted increases in residential real estate activity in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- Seven new listings of property for sale;

-- 19 price changes;

-- Seven accepted offers;

-- No properties going under contract, and

-- Three closings.
