Enjoying a quiet, fall afternoon.
Darien saw an uptick in residential real estate sales in the week today.
Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Two new listings of property for sale;
-- Two price changes;
-- Six accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- One closing.
