Online Retailing's Huge Impact on Stores

The retail pain from store closings is acute.

Traditional retailing has had it rough lately, economist.com reports

In America, the pain is acute.

Chains that weren't faltering even before Amazon's ascent are now in even deeper trouble, the service wrote.

A consultancy expects 10,000 stores in America to close this year, the service added.
