Yosemite, one of America's favorite national parks.
Darien kicked-off its fall residential real estate market with a surge in activity in the week ending today.
Results, according to the Daren MLS, were:
-- 16 new listings of property for sale;
-- 17 price changes;
-- Two accepted offers;
-- No properties going under contract, and
-- Four closings.
