 Sunny and bright after Thor went through last night

Neither cold nor snow nor yesterday's latest storm, Thor, slowed Darien residential real estate in the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

--  13 new listings of property for sale;

--  Three price changes;

--  Ten accepted offers;

--  11 properties going under contract, and

--  One closing.
