Darien Real Estate Market on a Roll

Weekly update...


Keeping a weather eye on a mighty scene

Darien's residential real estate market was on a roll for the week ending today.

Results, according to the Darien MLS, were:

-- 17 new listings of property for sale;
-- 17 price changes;
-- 13 accepted offers;
-- Two properties going under contract and,
-- Three closings.
